Easy run. 2 miles in 17:00. I'm trying to lower the threshold to success by making these early morning runs super short. I figure I'll build up my waking-up-early stamina before increasing mileage. I *need* to go to bed early.
Long run. 8 miles in 1:08. 8:30 AP. Got out the door before 6am and did my planned run. I got a little stale in the middle miles, but I finished the last 1.5 miles pretty fast - maybe under 8:00 pace.
