Easy Run. 3 miles. Probably ran 2.5 of the 3 miles with walking to start and each mile. Trying to rest the ankle. It didn't feel great, but it's hurting in places other than the broken part. Last time it was the bottom inside right part; this time was outside mid-foot area.
Also 15 minutes on the bike for 3 miles.
