Workout: 400 (1:25 too fast), 800 (3:11), 1000 (4:08), 1000 (4:06). 200-350 jog in between each. The plan was to do another 800 and 400, but I ran out of time. Just like Tuesday, I'll have to use the summer to do longer and bigger workouts.
CD: about .3-.4 easy.
