Easy run. 2.15 miles, around 9:00 pace. Two days in a row before work! To quote George Costanza, "I'm back, baby!"
Easy run. 2.4 miles. 8:30-9:15 pace.

Easy run. 5.1 miles. With 2 cups of coffee in my system before taking off, I felt like I ran about 8:00 pace for a while. Probably finished around 9-9:30 pace. 5 days in a row of running! Booya!
