Set it up as a 3/1 run. First six miles were at easy pace: anywhere from 8:27-8:50. Mile 6 was easy and super hilly at 9:35. Then the last quarter of the run was 2 miles at marathon ish pace: 8:00 (200 ft climb over half mile) and 7:15.
Then .18 miles easy to finish.
