Easy Run. 2.7 miles. Achilles tendonitis was acting up. Can't shake it. It gets worse the longer I run. Stopping to walk helps.
Actions I'm taking:
-Strassburg sock to sleep in
-Heat before run
-Ice after run
-Eccentric calf raises/dips
-Cushion-y shoes are supposed to help.
On the off chance someone actually reads my post on FRB, do you have any other ideas about how to heal this sucker up?
