Long Run. ~7.1 miles in ~1:08. 9:34 AP. Felt pretty good the whole run. Gonna be sore tomorrow, so I'm trying to stretch now and gonna roll it out later.
Long run. 7.6 miles in 1:09ish. 9:05 AP. This felt surprisingly good, all things considered, except the last half mile.
Easy run. 3.1 miles in 27:30ish. Legs felt sluggish.
Medium run. 5.1 miles in 43:31. 8:25 AP. First 2 miles easy, 1 mile on the track and 2 on the road at <8:00 pace. 2 strides.
